This is a screen shot from the application showing the Document Manager part of the program. In the left side of the screen is a treeview of folders and subfolders of the database. The top right sections lists the files that belong to that folder. A file can exist in more than one folder, a user can be permitted to check-out a file in one folder but denied checking out in another. Checking a file out in one folder is reflected in another so no two people can check out a file. In the bottom right hand section either lists the versions of the file or allows you to see the file that has been selected in the top right section. The icon bar is for the Editor part of the program. Clicking on the tool bar when the Document Manager is active does nothing.

The three screen shots are of the menus that appear when you right click on certain parts of the screen.
